Family Day in Boston

For the past 10 years, I’ve been a member of an amazing organization: the Greater Boston Concierge Association. And every year, they provide a day for the concierge and their families to enjoy the sites of Boston. Since David works on the weekend, I decided to partake in this years events. My mom and sister-in-law accompanied Eleanor and I on a Duck Tour, lunch in Faneuil Hall, and the New England Aquarium.

Eleanor did great during the Duck Tour, but became a little overwhelmed at the aquarium. 😦 We were able to get in a great afternoon though. The weather was absolutely perfect, and it was the best day to be a tourist in my own city.

It’s Myrtle the Turtle! She’s 80 years old and over 500 pounds. She’s lived at the New England Aquarium since 1970.

Sunday was a great day: went for a 5K run, grocery shopped, and cleaned the whole house. Now it’s time for another work week. 🙂

How was your weekend?
