May 3rd
To keep you moving forward. Today was the first hot day of the year where my mom and I had planned to run. We pushed it up one hour and thank goodness we did because by 9am it was hot! We did 4 miles without stopping! 😄
April 13th
Phew, what a day! Run in the morning (still chilly and drizzly, but the snow is melting). Afternoon game at the Worcester Red Sox (they won!) And capped off the evening with an incredible musical. We also enjoyed some Harpoons and burgers at Polar Park, and had a lovely dinner at the 110 Grill. 😋
April 6th
Another Sunday, another run with my mom. This one felt so good. We had negative splits and my last .1 was an 8:36 pace! I couldn't keep it up for much longer than that though, haha. 😄 I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
March 9th–Virtual 5K
My mom and I ran a virtual 5K today in honor of International Women’s Day (yesterday). We planned to run the local rail trail but there were still some icy spots so we turned around and ran downtown. It’s been since late January since we ran together so it was much needed! Happy Sunday!
