April 13th

Phew, what a day! Run in the morning (still chilly and drizzly, but the snow is melting). Afternoon game at the Worcester Red Sox (they won!) And capped off the evening with an incredible musical. We also enjoyed some Harpoons and burgers at Polar Park, and had a lovely dinner at the 110 Grill. 😋

April 12th

Run often, run long, but never outrun your joy of running. 18 years later and I still enjoy running! I think the ebbs and flows of my running journey have allowed me to not get burnt out. I still find joy in it and my body has allowed me to keep going.

April 11th

Exercise not only changes your body. It changes your mind, your attitude and your mood. I don't think I've ever returned from a run feeling worse than when I started. I love the strength that I've built, the dedication I've given, and the connections I've made along the way.
