Running is one of the best ways to boost your physical and mental health. I hardly ever regret a run and always feel great after I'm done. It definitely boosts my mood! 😄

To keep you moving forward. Today was the first hot day of the year where my mom and I had planned to run. We pushed it up one hour and thank goodness we did because by 9am it was hot! We did 4 miles without stopping! 😄
