The process of running is a process of continuous improvement. I have had my setbacks over time (usually by pregnancy, not injury), and every time I was able to come back without losing too much fitness. It would take a while to come back but not like it was at the beginning.

Running is one of the best ways to boost your physical and mental health. I hardly ever regret a run and always feel great after I'm done. It definitely boosts my mood! 😄

New Spirit: Movement is the source of life. I do think that I get a lot of benefits from movement, whether it be running, walking or hiking. I do love to be active.
