The best way to fill time is to run. There is something to be said for taking even a quick 10 minutes and getting out there. Especially if it's something you enjoy doing.

Phew, what a day! Run in the morning (still chilly and drizzly, but the snow is melting). Afternoon game at the Worcester Red Sox (they won!) And capped off the evening with an incredible musical. We also enjoyed some Harpoons and burgers at Polar Park, and had a lovely dinner at the 110 Grill. 😋

Run often, run long, but never outrun your joy of running. 18 years later and I still enjoy running! I think the ebbs and flows of my running journey have allowed me to not get burnt out. I still find joy in it and my body has allowed me to keep going.
