Running is a great way to set a goal and crush it.
A couple of my goals over the last few years:
Under 1 hour 10K (achieved October 2023)
Complete a half marathon feeling strong and no pain (achieved October 2024)
What’s next? I would like to run a sub 28-minute 5K. I had one in 2023 (27:57) but not too many since having my kids.
