Push yourself because no one else is going to do it for you.

Kind of an apt quote today because 8 years ago, I gave birth to my daughter! And certainly no one else was going to push for me. 🤣

But in terms of running, while I have such great support for this hobby, it’s only me that is responsible for getting out there every time.
