Today, the kids, husband and I took advantage of the cool weather and clear skies and hiked up one of the mountains not too far from our house: Mt. Wachusett. It was just over a mile, round-trip, so it’s definitely a nice quick one. The kids did GREAT and made it all the way up and down. We had a snack at the summit and took some pictures. It was such a clear day that you could see the Boston skyline!
