Mindful running is a medicine that throws all the negativity out of mind and body.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come back from a run with a clearer mind and a happier heart. I work through problems, listen to upbeat songs or just sometimes listen to nature around me.

In the 18 years that I’ve been running, I honestly don’t think I have ever regretted a run. Smile
