Run to conquer your fears.
Today I ran for the first time since the end of January. It’s been so cold and snowy in February that the idea of running outside just wasn’t enticing. I have been focusing on my strength training though! And I’ve been enjoying it far more than I thought I would. ![]()
In regards to today’s quote, I started running in 2007 because I wanted to be healthy and feel comfortable in my skin. I never thought I would be running 18 years later, and still loving it. My fear is not being here for my kids. I want to stay healthy and happy and running definitely helps with that.
