Happy Sunday everyone! It was mild yesterday, with snow melting, but today it won’t get above freezing so now everything is back to ice. I haven’t been able to run outside all of February and I have two races coming up this month: Crossing fingers and toes for more mild weather!

Do you have a dream race that you’d like to do? I think it would be fun to do a race in Mount Desert Island, ME. Such a beautiful part of the country, and it’s in October!
